Refund of Renewal or Purchase for Existing Customer
All fees paid by existing customers are non-refundable except for first-time users.
Stress Free, No Questions Asked Refund Policy (7 days) For First-Time User
If you are a first-time user, you are eligible for a full refund within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. Any refund request after the seven (7) days period will not be entertained.
You are required to make the refund request through the official ticketing system or via email to [email protected] within 7 days of your first purchase.
The company has the right to refuse a refund, including but not limited to abuse to the system or if fraud is suspected.
If a customer requests a refund, it will take around three (3) to five (5) business days to be processed and completed. All returns shall be made through the same mode of payment.
Inspedium.Cloud shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost, or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.

1. New Domain Name Registrations
2. Domain Name Transfers (Refundable only if the transfer can still be cancelled)
3. Funds Added to user balance via the “Add Funds” feature
